- 2 1/3 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil or possibly veg. oil
Directions

1In large mixing bowl stir together 2 c. of flour and salt.

2Make a well in center of the mix.

3In a small mixing bowl combine Large eggs, water and extra virgin olive oil or possibly veg.

5Add in to flour mix and mix well.

6Sprinkle kneading surfaces with remaining flour.

7Turn dough out onto floured surface.

8Knead till dough is smooth and elastic, 8-10 min.

9Cover and let rest 10 min.

10Divide dough into thirds.

11Roll each third of dough into a 1/16 inch thick rectangle about 16 x 12 inches.

12Cut as desired.

13Makes 1 lb.
