  • 2 1/3 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 beaten Large eggs
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil or possibly veg. oil

    In large mixing bowl stir together 2 c. of flour and salt.

    Make a well in center of the mix.

    In a small mixing bowl combine Large eggs, water and extra virgin olive oil or possibly veg.

    Add in to flour mix and mix well.

    Sprinkle kneading surfaces with remaining flour.

    Turn dough out onto floured surface.

    Knead till dough is smooth and elastic, 8-10 min.

    Cover and let rest 10 min.

    Divide dough into thirds.

    Roll each third of dough into a 1/16 inch thick rectangle about 16 x 12 inches.

    Cut as desired.
