Ingredients
- 2 c. cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 c. onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. diced chicken or pork
- 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. peanut oil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1 egg, beaten
- egg roll skins (store bought)
Directions

1Combine vegetables in a deep bowl with salt; let stand for 15 minutes.

2Drain off excess moisture.

3Add remaining ingredients, except for the egg.

4Place 2 tablespoons of filling in center of each egg roll skin.

5Brush edges with egg.

6Let egg sit 5 minutes to seal in filling.

7Deep fry in 2 to 3 inches of oil at 325° until golden brown.

8Drain on paper towels.

9Serve with choice of sauce (plum or cherry).
