- 1 pkg. egg roll skins
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped very fine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 3 or 4 eggs
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 small head cabbage, grated
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well to make filling.

2Fill egg roll skins; roll tight.

3Use water to moisten to help keep sealed.

4Fry in deep fryer at 300° to 325° for 7 to 10 minutes.
