  • 1 pkg. egg roll skins
  • 1/2 lb. crab meat
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, chopped very fine
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 small head cabbage, grated
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well to make filling.

    Fill egg roll skins; roll tight.

    Use water to moisten to help keep sealed.

    Fry in deep fryer at 300° to 325° for 7 to 10 minutes.
