- 1 small head cabbage
- 3 large carrots
- 2 green peppers
- 1 large white onion
- 2 bundles green onions
- 2 handfuls oriental noodles
- 1 to 2 lb. sausage
- 3 pkg. egg roll wraps
Directions

1Grind all vegetables in food processor.

2Boil noodles; add to vegetables.

3Brown sausage; add to mixture.

4Put about 2 tablespoons of mixture into each skin; fold all corners in and roll up, sealing last corner with beaten egg.

5Deep fry when ready to use.

6Makes 40 to 45 egg rolls.
