- 5 eggs
- 14 oz. grating cheese
- 16 oz. bread crumbs (or more)
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 Tbsp. tomato sauce
- 4 peppers, sliced lengthwise
Directions

1Peel and cut eggplant. Place in boiling water and cook for 1/2
