- 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2/3 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 24 (6-inch) corn tortillas
- 1 pkg. Lawry's enchilada sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 sticks margarine/butter
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2/3 c. black olives, chopped
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In skillet, brown beef and drain well. Prepare Lawry's enchilada sauce according to package directions. Add 8 ounce can tomato sauce to enchilada sauce.

3In skillet, add little margarine/butter and turn corn tortillas on both sides until softened and set aside.

4Add half of enchilada sauce to ground beef; set rest aside.
