- 1 large can Las Palmas enchilada sauce
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large can sliced black olives
- 1 chopped onion
- grated Cheddar cheese
- flour tortillas
Directions

1Heat enchilada sauce with one can water.

2Fry tortillas quickly on each side and dip in sauce.

3Fill with ground beef, olives, onion and cheese.

4Roll and place in large Pyrex baking pan.

5Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.

6Cover generously with cheese.

7Bake approximately 1/2 hour at 350°, or until bubbly.
