- 2 lb. round steak, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 3/4 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms or 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Directions

1Saute the steak in skillet until brown.

2Pour off drippings. Add the onion and cook over low heat for 40 minutes.

3Mix the flour and brown gravy mix the the beef broth.

4Mix into light paste and all at once pour this into meat mixture.

5Add the mushrooms.

6Cook for 15 minutes longer.

7Serve over noodles or rice.

8Makes about 6 to 8 servings.
