  • 4-1/2 oz. butter
  • 4-1/2 oz. sugar
  • 4-1/2 oz. flour
  • 1 md. egg
  • 3 oz. icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of water

Directions

    Beat the butter and sugar together untill light and creamy.

    Add the egg.

    Mix the flour in gradually; it should be able to fall off your spoon when it's done.

    Bake in the oven at 180C for 12 and a half minutes to get light and fluffy cakes.
