- 3 oz. icing sugar

Directions

1Beat the butter and sugar together untill light and creamy.

3Mix the flour in gradually; it should be able to fall off your spoon when it's done.

4Bake in the oven at 180C for 12 and a half minutes to get light and fluffy cakes.
