- 1 c. wild rice
- 1/2 c. white rice
- 1 c. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 5 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash and soak wild rice overnight.

2Cook until tender.

3Cook white rice.

4Saute celery and onion, brown hamburger.

5Combine all ingredients in covered casserole or Dutch oven.

6Bake at 300° for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
