- 1 lb. fettuccine
- Mozzarella cheese
- Romano cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Grate Romano and Parmesan cheese and set aside.

2Prepare 1 pound of fettuccine according to package directions.

3Melt butter in small saucepan. Add mushrooms, salt, pepper, oregano and garlic powder.

4Saut five minutes.

5Add whipping cream and cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Add sour cream and warm a little. Drain fettuccine and place in large pasta bowl.

7Add sauce, grated Mozzarella and Romano cheeses and toss gently.
