  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 dash clove
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup oil
  • 1 12 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 12 cups zucchini, grated
  • 12 cup raisins (boil a few minutes, less sticky )

Directions

    Stir together dry ingredients.

    Combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with milk to sugar mixture.

    Stir in zucchini and raisins.

    Turn into a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350F until skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, about 65-75 minutes.

    Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove and cool.
