- 1 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. pecans
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 lb. candied pineapple
- 2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Directions

1Cream the butter and sugar; add beaten eggs and add 3 cups of flour.

2Mix remaining flour with fruits and nuts.

3Stir into batter.

4Add vanilla.

5Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 250° for 3 hours.

6Cool in pan.
