  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 1/4 c. milk (sweet or buttermilk)
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine (1 stick)
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together using a spoon or fork instead of mixer.

    Pour into a slightly baked 9-inch pie crust.

    Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes.

    Sometimes it bakes in 40 minutes.

    This can be baked and frozen for later use.
