- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 dash freshly ground pepper
- salt to taste
Directions

1Place salt and mustard in a bowl and beat in vinegar, thus allowing salt to dissolve.

2Add oil gradually and season with pepper or place all ingredients in a covered jar and shake vigorously.

3Store in refrigerator and use just before serving salad.
