- fresh fruit
- bread slices
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 egg
Directions

1Slice fresh fruit in bottom of pan, just enough to cover the bottom.

2Cut crusts from bread and place on top of fruit. Mix together flour, sugar, butter and egg.

3Pour over top of bread. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
