- 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- dash of salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 5 c. sliced peeled peaches, apples or pears
- vanilla ice cream or light cream
Directions

1Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

2Set aside.

3Place fruit in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.

4Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° until fruit is tender, about 40 minutes.

6Serve warm with ice cream or light cream.
