  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
  • 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.

    Add brown sugar; stir until smooth.

    Remove from heat and cool.

    Add sour cream and vanilla.

    Serve at room temperature as a dip with fresh fruits. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
