- 1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat.

2Add brown sugar; stir until smooth.

3Remove from heat and cool.

4Add sour cream and vanilla.

5Serve at room temperature as a dip with fresh fruits. Yields 2 1/2 cups.
