- 4 c. fresh rhubarb pieces
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oats
Directions

1Mix rhubarb, flour, sugar and butter together and place in 8 or 9-inch pan.

2Mix remaining ingredients together until crumbly. Place on top of rhubarb mixture and shake down through the mixture.

3Bake 40 minutes at 375°.
