  • 1 Pet-Ritz deep-dish pie shell
  • 1 pt. strawberries
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry jello
  • 1 Tbsp. red food coloring

Directions

    Cook pie shell by instructions of package. Prepare strawberries; stem, wash and drain. Place in cooked pie shell. Bring all other ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes, stirring continuously, and pour over strawberries. Chill several hours and serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
