- 1 medium yellow squash
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup frying oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 14 cup milk
- 1 large egg
Directions

1Wash squash thouroughly and dry.

2Slice into 1/4 inch rounds.

3Heat up the oil in a frying pan to medium.

4Combine flour, pepper and parsley.

5Dust squash rounds with flour.

6Combine milk and egg and whish thoroughly.

7Dip the dusted squash into the egg mixture and coat to cover all the flour.

8Pat squash into the remaining flour and put into hot oil.

9Fry til golden brown on the outside and cooked on the inside of squash.

10Set cooked squash on paper towels to drain.

11Sprinkle with kosher salt and serve hot.
