  • 1 bag Fritos (original)
  • 1 can (No. 2) chili or chili with beans
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 3 c. shredded Colby cheese
  • 1 c. chopped onions

Directions

    Layer in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish.

    Beginning with Fritos, cheese, then onions, about 1/2 of warmed rice, then chili.

    Repeat again.

    When finished, cover dish with Fritos, cheese and onion mixed together.

    Bake in oven at 325° for 30 minutes.
