Frozen Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (I use light)
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip (I use light)
  • about 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and halved
  • 1 can apricots, drained and quartered
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Mix softened cream cheese and marshmallows.

    Let is sit about 1 hour.

    Add fruits and nuts.

    Mix.

    Add Cool Whip and mix.

    I freeze it in muffin tins with cupcake papers or spray with Pam. When frozen, keep in airtight bag in freezer.
