- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 c. melted margarine or melted butter
- 1 (21 or 24 oz.) can apple, apricot, blueberry, cherry, peach, strawberry or raspberry pie filling
- Powdered Sugar Icing (optional)
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, brown sugar and baking soda.

2Then stir in melted margarine or butter until well combined.

3Set 2 cups of the oat mixture aside for topper.

4Pat the remaining oat mixture into an ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

5Bake at 350° for 12 minutes.
