  • 3 12 cups oats (rolled oats or quick cooking oats)
  • 12 cup dried cranberries
  • 12 cup dried plum
  • 12 cup dried apricot
  • 12 cup mini chocolate chip
  • 14 cup flax seed meal
  • 12 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 12 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salted butter
  • 14 cup honey
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 cup water

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Combine oats, dried fruits, chocolate chips and flax seed meal in a bowl.

    In a microwaveable container melt butter, brown sugar and honey; once all are melted mix in cinnamon, vanilla, eggs (slightly beaten) and water.

    Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.

    Press mixture firmly into a 9 x 13 baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray or brush with oil or butter.
