- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 12 cup butter
- 4 large garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons parsley or 2 tablespoons cilantro
- 1 12 lbs tiger shrimp
Directions

1Thaw and peel shrimp-refridgerate.

2In a large sauce pan, cut stick of butter into tablespoons, add 1 tsp red pepper flakes, garlic cloves.

3Heat over medium heat until butter is almost melted.

4Add shrimp.

5Sprinkle parsley or cilantro over the top cook over medium low heat for about 10-12 minutes, stirring and flipping shrimp frequently.
