Giant Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 18 jumbo shells
- 1 qt. jar tomato sauce
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic until meat is crumbly.

2Drain excess fat.

3Cool.

4Stir in shredded cheese, parsley, crumbs, egg and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook shells in salted water until almost tender (approximately 15 minutes); drain.

5Use meat mixture to stuff shells.

6Make a layer with 1 cup of sauce on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Place stuffed shells on top of sauce side by side in single layer. Pour remaining sauce over shells.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
