- 2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium red or green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 large aluminum foil bag
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2Place shrimp, broccoli and peppers in even layer in foil bag; sprinkle with garlic and ginger.

3Drizzle oil over ingredients in bag.

4Seal bag by double folding open end of bag.

5Slide bag onto grill; cover grill with lid.

6Cook 15 to 20 min.

7or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

8Remove bag from grill to large plate, using oven mitts.

9Cut slit in top of bag with sharp knife.

10Fold back top of bag along slit to allow steam to escape; sprinkle with soy sauce.
