  • 2 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red or green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large aluminum foil bag
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. dark sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce

    Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

    Place shrimp, broccoli and peppers in even layer in foil bag; sprinkle with garlic and ginger.

    Drizzle oil over ingredients in bag.

    Seal bag by double folding open end of bag.

    Slide bag onto grill; cover grill with lid.

    Cook 15 to 20 min.

    or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

    Remove bag from grill to large plate, using oven mitts.

    Cut slit in top of bag with sharp knife.

    Fold back top of bag along slit to allow steam to escape; sprinkle with soy sauce.
