- 4 oz. strong goat cheese
- 16 oz. Ricotta cheese
- 6 extra large eggs
- 1 tsp. fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 1 tsp. fresh marjoram or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- chopped parsley
Directions

1Heat oven to 375`.

2Grease well a 10-inch cast-iron skillet. Have ingredients at room temperature.

3Crumble goat cheese with Ricotta.

4Beat well the eggs and mix with cheeses.

5Add seasonings.

6Pour mixture into skillet and put in oven.

7Reduce temperature to 350°.

8Bake 30 minutes.

9Serve with salad and French bread.
