- 3 large cucumbers
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 bell peppers
- 5 tomatoes
- 4 large onions
Directions

1Halve cucumbers lengthwise and slice.

2Bite size slice celery, bell peppers, tomatoes and onions.

3In very large bowl, mix vinegar and sugar.

4Add veggies; fill remainder of bowl with water.

5Mix very well.

6Refrigerate 4 hours and serve.
