  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped (with juice; 28 to 30 oz.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked large elbow macaroni
