- 1 1/2 c. oats
- 1 c. fresh coconut
- 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
- 1 c. sunflower seeds
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1 c. almonds
- 1/2 c. sweet rice syrup
- 1/2 c. ice water
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped dates
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients.

2Add sweet rice syrup, ice water and olive oil and mix.

3Spread in deep, oblong baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

4Bake at 225° for 1 1/2 hours.

5Add pecans, walnuts and almonds.

6Mix and continue to bake 1/2 hour longer.

7Add raisins and chopped dates.

8Mix and cool.

9Store in Ziploc bags.
