Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. oats
  • 1 c. fresh coconut
  • 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 c. walnuts
  • 1 c. almonds
  • 1/2 c. sweet rice syrup
  • 1/2 c. ice water
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped dates

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients.

    Add sweet rice syrup, ice water and olive oil and mix.

    Spread in deep, oblong baking dish, sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 225° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Add pecans, walnuts and almonds.

    Mix and continue to bake 1/2 hour longer.

    Add raisins and chopped dates.

    Mix and cool.

    Store in Ziploc bags.
