- 1 lb. rolled oats (6 c.)
- 1 c. shredded coconut (preferably unsweetened)
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. hulled sunflower seeds
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. sesame seed
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 24 pitted dates
Directions

1Combine oats, coconut, nuts, sunflower seeds, sesame seed and wheat germ in a large bowl.

2Heat together oil and honey in microwave or on stovetop until almost boiling.

3Stir into dry mixture, mixing well.

4Spread a third of mixture in shallow pan. Bake at 325° for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Repeat with remaining mixture.
