- 1 medium can apricot nectar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 1 envelope Knox plain gelatine
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 large ruby red grapefruit, sectioned
Directions

1Bring 1 cup nectar to a boil; add Jell-O and dissolve.

2In 1/2 cup nectar, dissolve the plain gelatine, then add to hot Jell-O. Add remaining nectar.

3Cool until thickened.

4Pour into square glass dish.

5Add pineapple and sectioned grapefruit.

6Continue to chill until firm, stirring occasionally.
