  • 1/4 c. creme de menthe (green)
  • 1 large jar Marshmallow Creme
  • 1 pt. heavy cream, whipped

    Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted margarine.

    Press into 13 x 9-inch cake pan for crust.

    Stir together creme de menthe with Marshmallow Creme.

    Fold in the whipped heavy cream.

    Pour into crust.

    Sprinkle a few cookie crumbs on top.

    Freeze.
