- 4 c. cut frozen beans
- 3 medium potatoes
- 4 slices bacon, cut up
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. cold water
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste
Directions

1In large kettle, cook beans and potatoes.

2While they are cooking, fry bacon until almost crisp.

3Take bacon out and add it to beans and potatoes.

4Keep drippings in pan.

5Add salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste.

6Heat fat in pan and add flour. Brown as for gravy.

7When as brown as desired, add water; stir until it thickens.

8Add to soup; let simmer.

9Add vinegar to soup; simmer for at least 30 minutes.

10Longer won't matter.

11Serve hot.
