Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 303) can cut green beans
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. tarragon or cider vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. sliced radishes
  • 2 oz. (10 to 12 slices) Italian dry salami
  • lettuce
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Directions

    Several hours or the night before serving, pour liquid off beans.

    Toss beans well with the next 4 ingredients.

    Chill 1/2 hour before serving.

    At serving time, add celery and radishes. Arrange salami, lettuce, egg and onion slices in center. Serves 6.
