  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons dry white wine

Directions

    Melt butter in a CALPHALON Professional Hard-Anodized 3 quart Saute Pan over medium-high heat; add green beans, and saute 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add garlic and next 4 ingredients, and cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.
