- 2 1/2 lb. boneless pork roast
- 2 chopped onions
- 3 large Sorrento or Anaheim chilies
- 1 jalapeno
- 6 c. chicken stock
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cube pork roast in 1/2-inch pieces.

2Leave fat on.

3Brown cubed pork with one chopped onion.

4Add flour and brown.

5Add chicken broth and bring to a boil and then add chili powder, cumin, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper.

6Reduce heat to simmer and add 1 onion, all chilies and tomatoes.

7Simmer one hour.
