- 1 lb. ground meat (beef, elk, pork, venison)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 large onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 c. or 2 large cans tomatoes
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. diced green chilies
Directions

1Brown ground meat with flour and margarine.

2Dice onion and add to meat mixture. Cook until onion is tender.

3Add garlic, salt and pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken broth and chilies.

4Simmer 1/2 hour.

5Add water if chili is too thick.
