- 1 bunch Kale chopped
- 1 Green beans chopped
- 1 bunch Asparagus chopped
- 1 Zucchini chopped
- 2 Yellow squash chopped
- 1 bunch Broccoli
- 1/2 can Artichoke hearts
- 1 Veggie bouillon
- 1/2 tsp Salt or more to taste
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
Directions

1Add oil and veggies to pan and enough water to cover veggies.

2Add bouillon and salt to taste, cover and cook until veggies are soft, about 20 minutes.

3Transfer to blender and blend.

4Top with pesto drizzle or what ever you fancy!
