- 2 (8 ounce) swordfish steaks (fresh is best)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Pat the fish dry.

2Mix all marinade ingredients in bowl.

3Mix well.

4Put the fish in the marinade.

5Let marinate for 1 hour.

6Grill fish on high heat 4 minutes.

7Turn and grill another 4 minutes.

8Don't overcook, the fish will get dry!
