  • 2 yellow squash
  • 1 eggplant
  • 6 green onions
  • 1 summer squash
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste

    Cut all veggies (except green onio) into flat strips about 1/4-inch thick.

    lace in a long bowl or loaf pan, drizzle with olive and sprinkle with seasonings.

    While the grill is hot place veggies on the grill and cook until tender, flipping once.
