- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/3 c. seedless raspberry jam
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- parsley or watercress
Directions

1In saucepan, blend wine and lemon juice into cornstarch.

2Add 1/2 of jam.

3Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.

4Stir in remaining jam and margarine.

5Heat and stir until margarine is melted.

6Brush ham with glaze.

7Garnish ham with parsley or watercress.
