  • 6 to 8 large potatoes
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. mushrooms
  • 1/2 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 4 to 5 slices American cheese

Directions

    Fry potatoes on one side.

    Turn them and add onion, red and green peppers and mushrooms.

    Completely cook, then cover with slices of cheese.

    Cover pan and let cheese melt.

    Serve hot.
