  • 1 rabbit, dressed
  • salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • white pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Cut rabbit into serving size pieces and cook in salted water until tender.

    Place in a baking pan.

    Mix sour cream, flour, salt, a dash of white pepper and garlic powder.
