- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed 30 minutes
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 c. corn flakes
- 1/2 c. melted margarine
Directions

1Mix all but last two ingredients in bowl together.

2Bake 1 hour at 375°.

3Crumble corn flakes and mix with melted margarine. Stir and put on top and brown for 5 minutes.

4Serves 12.
