- 1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 small pkg. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Arrange potatoes in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; salt and pepper. Spread onion, soup, sour cream and cheese on top.

2Spread corn flake crumbs over top and then top with melted butter.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
