  • 1 bag shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 large bag shredded hash browns
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 onion (optional)

Directions

    Mix cheese, hash browns and sour cream. Melt margarine and pour over corn flakes in a pan, 9 x 13. Top with mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
