- 3 c. frozen hash browns, loose and thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 4 oz. Colby cheese, shredded
- 4 oz. baby Swiss cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. diced ham or cooked bacon
- 1/2 c. whole milk or 1 tsp. cream
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Press hash browns between toweling to remove moisture.

2Press into bottom of 9-inch pie plate or quiche pan.

3Drizzle with melted butter.

4Bake 25 minutes at 425°.

5Reduce heat to 350°. Remove from oven.

6Toss ham and cheese together.

7Pour over hash brown crust.

8Beat eggs with milk and salt.

9Pour over ham and cheese.

10Bake, uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350° or until knife comes out clean near center.

11Let stand 10 minutes.
